Our refund and returns policy has a duration of 30 days.
If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Refunds
In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.
To complete the return process, we kindly request a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain circumstances where only partial refunds will be granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment or credit card within a specific timeframe.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account again.
You may also want to contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Sale items
Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for one of its variant, please send us an email at {email address}.
SHIPPING RETURNS
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
